Argenta launches Civia AI virtual assistant for municipal services

The Municipality of Argenta has launched Civia, an artificial intelligence-based virtual assistant available on its official website. Designed to assist citizens, the tool functions via a chat interface where users can ask questions in natural language to receive information regarding local services, documents, deadlines, and regional events.

Civia is available 24/7 and supports multiple languages, aiming to make administrative information more accessible to those unfamiliar with technical bureaucratic terminology. The project is part of the municipality's broader digitalization strategy and was developed through a collaboration between Justomezzo, a public administration communication firm, and Momentum Digital, an AI specialist company.

Giulia Cillani, the Deputy Mayor of Argenta, stated that the goal is to provide simple, fast, and close responses to citizens, making municipal services clearer and more accessible through modern technological innovation.
