Thirty families received assistance to record their property titles, a step that safeguards the dwelling against future debt‑related seizures while still allowing future sale or transfer.

In Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, municipal president Luis Ernesto Munguía González continued the "Desde las Regiones" program, providing free notarial and cadastral consultations each month. Residents received guidance on inheritance, intestate succession, property regularisation and the creation of civil associations, aiming to prevent legal disputes and streamline land‑related paperwork.
