In Mexico's Parras de la Fuente, the enotourism boom has driven the development of high‑end hotels such as Reserva María Aurora, where suites command rates up to 9,000 pesos per night. Local officials note that wine harvests and destination weddings have boosted visitor numbers and economic spill‑over, with tourism growth reported at around 200 % over the past four years.
