Argentina boosts insurance services and sector coordination
The president of the Instituto de Seguros de Jujuy (ISJ), David Arias, inspected the provincial social‑health office in Perico, meeting staff and evaluating service processes to improve access and quality for affiliates. He emphasized the need for direct contact with local teams, saying, "It is fundamental to be present in each of our delegations to understand the reality of affiliates and support our work teams in the continual search for solutions and improvements."
Separately, the national Superintendency of Insurance (SSN) convened a working meeting with the Ministry of Economy’s Finance Secretariat and representatives of more than twenty insurance companies at the Ministry’s headquarters. The discussion focused on strengthening the insurance market, promoting long‑term investments, and developing Argentina’s capital markets as a growth engine. Officials highlighted the strategic role of insurers as institutional investors and the importance of coordinated policy to support productive financing.
