Argentina calls up youth players for Conmebol and World Cup duties

Several young Argentine footballers have been selected for national youth team duties. Benjamín Sosa, along with Joaquín Del Campo, Renzo Gonella, and Ramiro Gómez from Independiente, have been called up to the Argentina Under-15 squad for the Conmebol Liga Evolución in Paraguay.

The Under-15 tournament features a group stage schedule starting September 8 against Uruguay, followed by matches against Paraguay, Bolivia, and Chile. The competition format dictates that group winners advance to a grand final.

In women's football, Josefina Galarza of Belgrano has been named to the Argentina Under-17 squad. She is preparing for the upcoming U-17 World Cup in Morocco, scheduled from October 17 to November 7. Argentina is set to debut against Germany on the opening day of the tournament.
