Argentina dominates South American Trampoline Gymnastics Championship

The Argentine delegation achieved significant success at the 2026 South American Trampoline Gymnastics Championship held in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Victoria Ocampo Pilili secured two gold medals in the individual trampoline and mixed synchronized categories, alongside a bronze in women's synchronized trampoline. Her performance followed a recovery period from a recent injury.

In the men's categories, Ángel Rivera earned seven medals, including five golds in Double Mini Tramp, individual trampoline, synchronized trampoline, and mixed synchronized events. Santiago Verasay won gold in the All-Around and silver in SMT Senior, while Juan Cruz Rivero collected five medals, including two golds.

The Argentine team also claimed the gold medal in the senior All-Around final, surpassing Brazil on difficulty scores to secure first place, with Peru taking the bronze.
