Argentina expands police training programs in Tucumán and Chaco
The Instituto de Previsión y Seguridad Social de Tucumán (IPSST) held a second training session for the Tucumán police, teaching 600 officers how to use the IPSST Mobile app and a Security Token. The workshop, led by Lic. Máximo Lozano Muñoz and Lic. Sofía Suárez, covered app installation, user validation, token generation and access to social security services.
In Chaco, eight former penitentiary service agents completed a curricular update course and were formally transferred to the provincial police, increasing the force’s personnel. The graduation ceremony was attended by Police sub‑chiefs Manuel Victoriano Silva and Walter Bagattoli, and Minister Hugo Matkovich highlighted the provincial government's goal of adding 20 such agents to strengthen security across the province.
