Argentina hosts diverse culinary festivals in Buenos Aires and Bariloche

Various culinary festivals are taking place in Argentina, highlighting regional and international flavors. In Buenos Aires, the CUISINE French Foodie Festival runs until October 4. The event features a gastronomic route through the city, involving restaurants, bakeries, and chocolatiers. Activities include cooking workshops for macarons and croissants, wine tastings, and encounters with chefs and artisans to showcase French culinary techniques and products.

In Bariloche, the Bariloche a la Carta (BALC) 2026 event will take place from October 6 to 11. The festival features nine special pop-up experiences where chefs from various regions of Argentina—including Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Santiago del Estero, and Jujuy—and Chile—including Puerto Montt and Osorno—will collaborate with local cooks. The program emphasizes culinary exchange, featuring diverse identities ranging from Andean cuisine to the flavors of southern Chile.
