Zapopan real estate advisors disappear in Jalisco

Authorities in Zapopan, Jalisco, are investigating the disappearances of two real estate professionals within a two-week period.

Ricardo Cabezas Talavera, 45, was reported missing on July 30. A woman identified as Joselyn “N” has been detained and linked to the case; she is being investigated for her potential involvement in his disappearance and the theft of money from his accounts. Investigators previously located Cabezas's vehicle abandoned with clothing and bloodstains inside.

Octavio Haro Cachua, 43, was last seen on August 11 in the Diana Natura Residencial area. The Jalisco Search Commission has issued a formal search notice for Haro Cachua, who was traveling in a Mazda MX-5 at the time of his disappearance. The rapid succession of these cases has caused significant concern within the local real estate sector.
