Argentina justice sector signs cooperation pact, offers virtual labor law diplomas
ADEPA and the Association of Magistrates and Judicial Officials (AMFJN) signed a five‑year framework collaboration to carry out joint training, research and technical assistance activities. The agreement, signed by ADEPA president Martín Etchevers and AMFJN president Andrés Basso, follows a seminar on freedom of expression and artificial intelligence held on 24 June.
The provincial government of Jujuy announced two virtual postgraduate diplomas in labor law – one in individual labor law and one in collective labor law – as part of a master’s program supported by the National University of Tres de Febrero and the Argentine Society of Labor Law. The launch was presented by officials including Minister of Government, Labor and Justice Normando Álvarez García and Secretary of Government Andrés David Lazarte, with classes to begin in early August and enrollment open through the month.
