Argentina launches major discounts on travel assistance and airline installment payments

Assist Card announced a limited‑time promotion in Argentina offering up to 50 % off travel‑assistance plans, an additional 20 % discount with the PROMOS20OFF coupon, and the option to pay in three interest‑free installments. The offer applies to annual multiple‑trip coverage (products AC 60, AC 150, AC 300) and is valid from 19 May 2026 to 20 July 2026.

Aerolíneas Argentinas introduced interest‑free financing for domestic flights, allowing up to 12 installments depending on the partner bank. Banks such as Banco Nación, Banco Ciudad, BBVA, Banco Macro, Naranja X, and American Express offer 3‑ to 12‑month plans with Visa, Mastercard or their own cards, with the scheme running until 31 July 2026. The airline estimated the average cost for a family of four on popular holiday routes, ranging from roughly US$1 875 in San Clemente del Tuyú to US$4 593 in San Martín de los Andes.
