Argentina legislators propose recovery plan for tourism sector
Argentine legislators have introduced a resolution in the Chamber of Deputies to address the decline in the national tourism sector. While domestic tourism has struggled, the number of Argentines traveling abroad has increased, contributing to a tourism deficit exceeding 4,000 million dollars during 2025. Deputy Ana María Ianni emphasized that tourism is a strategic activity for the country, essential for generating employment and foreign exchange.
