Argentina marks Inclusion Month with community events

Various regions in Argentina are launching activities for Inclusion Month throughout October. In Formosa, the Ministry of Community is organizing events under the theme ‘Different ways of creating, one same way of including’. The kickoff includes workshops from Inclusive Occupational Centers (COI) featuring arts, crafts, gastronomy, and kinesiology rehabilitation to promote community engagement for people with disabilities and older adults.

In Crespo, a collaborative effort between the local municipality, educational institutions, and health centers has established an agenda of recreational, cultural, and sporting events. The schedule includes a community fair, film screenings and debates for youth and adults with disabilities, a marathon, and family gatherings designed to foster awareness and equal opportunities for all community members.
