Argentina Mining Supplier Chambers Sign SME Integration Pact

The mining supplier chambers of Santa Cruz and San Juan provinces – CAPROMISA and CAPRIMSA – signed a reciprocal collaboration agreement in Buenos Aires. The pact aims to boost the competitiveness of the gold, silver and copper value chain by fostering training, technological development and strategic alliances among small and medium‑sized enterprises.

The agreement was signed by CAPROMISA president Amadeo Gravino, vice‑president Diego Irigoyen, and CAPRIMSA president Fernando Godoy. It establishes a framework for resource sharing, technical knowledge transfer and a local‑procurement scheme intended to increase added value and employment in the mining regions. The pact will become fully effective after ratification at CAPROMISA’s next ordinary assembly.
