Argentina Ministry of Human Capital approves 19 labor agreements

The Argentine Ministry of Human Capital, through the Secretariat of Labor, has officially approved 19 collective bargaining agreements. These agreements involve unions and business chambers across the agricultural, industrial, and service sectors.

Under the Collective Bargaining Law No. 14,250, these formalized pacts are now mandatory for the participating sectors. The measure aims to provide greater predictability for both employers and workers while supporting the government's ongoing labor market transformations.

Key agreements include those between the Argentine Union of Rural Workers and Stevedores and agricultural entities such as the Sociedad Rural Argentina, Confederaciones Rurales Argentinas, Coninagro, and the Argentine Confederation of Medium Enterprises. Other approved sectors include oilseed production, biofuels, cotton agro-industry, and the dairy industry.
