Argentina picks bartender for 2026 Campari Competition

On July 29, a national final was held in Buenos Aires at the Rincon Bon Vivant venue to choose the Argentine representative for the Campari Bartender Competition 2026. The event gathered finalists who presented creative, locally‑inspired twists on the classic Negroni, and a panel of industry judges evaluated each cocktail’s flavor, presentation, concept and service performance. The winner will travel fully funded to the global final in Italy, joining champions from more than 30 countries.

Earlier, Campari announced the five Argentine finalists who will compete on August 3 at the Tradition & Rebellion showcase. The selected bartender will then represent Argentina at the Campari Bartender Competition LATAM regional final in Mexico on August 24. Organisers emphasise the contest’s role in promoting innovation, storytelling and the evolving identity of Argentine mixology.
