Argentina police dismantle drug networks in Rosario and Río Cuarto
In Rosario, Santa Fe, federal police carried out 15 coordinated raids under the Plan Bandera, detaining six people and seizing cocaine, marijuana, four firearms, ammunition, more than 4.4 million pesos and foreign currency, phones and other evidence. The operation involved multiple Federal Police units and the provincial prosecutor.
In Río Cuarto, Córdoba, a joint task force of more than 200 police, gendarmes and federal agents executed a saturation operation, apprehending five suspects, confiscating 51 vehicles, a replica firearm, ammunition and 151 grams of cocaine along with marijuana plants. The raid was overseen by local police leadership as part of an integrated security strategy.
