Argentina promotion final venue under review due to stadium availability

The venue for the decisive promotion final between Godoy Cruz and Tristán Suárez is uncertain due to logistical conflicts in Córdoba. While Belgrano de Córdoba's Gigante de Alberdi was the preferred site, the club is hesitant to host the match on November 14 because it is already scheduled to host a Supercopa match on November 12. The club aims to preserve its pitch for potential upcoming playoff matches.

Other local options in Córdoba have been ruled out: the Estadio Mario Alberto Kempes is unavailable as it must be prepared for an Argentine national team match, and the Instituto stadium is also not an option. Consequently, the Argentine Football Association is evaluating neutral venues, including La Pedrera in Villa Mercedes, San Luis, the Estadio Único in San Nicolás, Buenos Aires, and the Gigante de Arroyito in Rosario. A final decision is expected following the results of upcoming league matches.
