Argentina raises ANSES pensions by 2.1% in July 2026

The Argentine National Social Security Administration (ANSES) will adjust pensions, retiree benefits and family allowances in July 2026 by 2.1%, matching the inflation rate reported by INDEC for May. Under the existing mobility formula linked to the consumer price index, the minimum pension will rise to roughly 412,000 pesos, and the maximum pension will reach about 2.77 million pesos. An extra 70,000‑peso bonus, kept frozen for two years, will still be added for low‑income beneficiaries, bringing the total income for the minimum pensioner to around 482,000 pesos. Other benefits such as the Universal Child Allowance (AUH) and the Universal Adult Pension (PUAM) also receive proportional increases. The change will affect millions of retirees, pensioners and families receiving ANSES transfers.
