Argentina ramps up vaccination drives amid falling immunization rates

On 30 May, Hospital Provincial Neuquén organized a free, all‑ages vaccination day, offering hepatitis B, triple‑viral, tetanus, influenza and maternal vaccines. The event ran from 14:00 to 18:00, required no documentation and aimed to make vaccination more convenient for families unable to attend weekday clinics. The hospital’s head of immunizations called the outreach part of a broader strategy to improve vaccine uptake across the country.
