Residential architecture in Argentina is undergoing a shift toward sobriety and long-term durability. Market trends indicate a move away from immediate visual impact in favor of high-quality construction, functional spaces, and materials that ensure predictable maintenance and aesthetic longevity.

In Cipolletti, the LUX 715 tower project exemplifies this evolving market. Developed by Gobbi Group and designed by the Chazarreta Tohus Almendra studio, the building has already sold 90% of its 22 units. The project, located on 9 de Julio street, features large apartment dimensions, a commercial space, and a tenth-floor roof garden. Construction began in January 2025, with tentative delivery scheduled between December 2026 and January 2027.
