Argentina sets June payout dates for Neuquén state workers' bonus and national pensions
Governor Rolando Figueroa announced that the annual bonus (aguinaldo) for provincial state employees in Neuquén will be paid before the end of June, with the first installment scheduled for the last week of the month. The bonus equals 50% of the highest monthly salary earned in the first half of the year and includes overtime and other remunerative items, providing a significant income boost for thousands of families and stimulating local commerce.
The National Administration of Social Security (ANSES) released its payment calendar for June 8, detailing when non‑contributory pensions, minimum pensions, and related benefits will be deposited. Recipients will receive their regular amount plus a 2.58% mobility increase and a half‑bonus, along with a supplemental 70,000‑peso payment for eligible beneficiaries. The schedule also covers the Universal Child Allowance, Family Allowance, and other family grants, with payment dates linked to the last digit of each beneficiary’s identification number. ANSES provided instructions for checking payment dates through its website, mobile app, and virtual assistance channels.
