Argentina towns promote cultural festival and housing projects

In Capilla del Monte, national deputy Carolina Basualdo announced plans to seek national recognition for the Fiesta del Tejido Artesanal, proposing a law that would add the event to the national cultural calendar and allocating a provincial subsidy of 5 million pesos to support its organization.

Meanwhile, the town of Mantilla marked its 97th anniversary with the government unveiling a housing initiative that will build ten new homes under the provincial Oñondivé program, alongside other infrastructure projects such as a new school, a sports complex and an ecotourism corridor.
