Argentina validates new statute of Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos

Argentina’s Ministry of Education, through the Ministry of Capital Human, formally approved the revised statute of the Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos (UADER) with Resolution 454/2026. The resolution, published in the Boletín Oficial, states that the new charter complies with the requirements of Law No. 24.521 on higher education.

The internal legislative process began at the university assembly on 19 December 2025, saw amendments on 13 April 2026 and a final rectification on 7 May 2026. Technical review was provided by the National Directorate for University Management and the Permanent Legal Service of the Ministry, confirming the statute’s alignment with federal regulations.
