Argentina youth basketball and volleyball events showcase local talent

The under‑13 basketball squads of FBC Argentino travelled to the Final Four of the Copa de Oro, the provincial championship that gathers the top teams of the FEPAMBA. Both the boys' and girls' teams competed against elite opponents, earning praise for their dedication, effort and collective attitude, even as they sought to match the province’s strongest clubs.

In Rio Grande, the opening stage of the Asociación de Vóley Río Grande (AVRG) continued with a final round of Sub‑13 female matches, while a Sub‑16 female Grand Prix organised by the Federación del Voleibol Fueguino (FVF) was held at the Microestadio Provincial. The volleyball schedule featured numerous youth fixtures across male and female divisions, with scores recorded for each match and final‑place ceremonies planned.
