ANSES sets $70,000 bonus and August 2026 payment schedule for retirees
The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) will grant an extraordinary $70,000 bonus to Argentine retirees who receive the minimum pension in August 2026. The minimum pension is $419,775.93; with the bonus the total reaches $489,775.93. Retirees whose earnings fall between $419,775.93 and $489,775.93 will receive a proportional supplement to reach the $489,775.93 ceiling, while those earning $489,775.93 or more will not receive any bonus. The bonus payments begin on 25 August 2026 and are scheduled by the last digit of the beneficiary’s DNI (0‑1 on 25 Aug, 2‑3 on 26 Aug, 4‑5 on 27 Aug, 6‑7 on 28 Aug, 8‑9 on 31 Aug). In the same month ANSES will apply a 1.89 % mobility increase to all pensions and family allowances.
ANSES also confirmed that the $78,000 monthly credit for beneficiaries of the Acompañamiento Social programme will continue in August 2026, with the programme extended through April 2028. Payments are made through ANSES’s usual channels and require beneficiaries to keep their personal data up‑to‑date.
