Argentina's June 2026 ANSES payouts boost retiree and worker earnings

In June 2026 Argentina’s National Social Security Administration (ANSES) will disburse several payments that significantly raise incomes for retirees, pensioners and many private‑sector employees. The first half‑year salary complement (SAC) – the “aguinaldo” – equals 50 % of the highest monthly salary earned in the January‑June period and is paid by the end of June, with a four‑day grace period for employers. All registered workers, retirees and pensioners receive it; the amount is prorated for those who started work later in the semester.

ANSES also applies a mobility increase based on inflation and a one‑off extraordinary bonus of up to ARS 70,000 for beneficiaries of the minimum pension, pushing total June income for minimum‑pension recipients above ARS 670,000. Payments are scheduled according to the last digit of each beneficiary’s ID, with the minimum‑pension schedule running from 8‑19 June and higher‑pension payments from 23‑27 June.

A new supermarket discount scheme, confirmed by Minister Sandra Pettovello, offers retirees up to a 25 % rebate on selected purchases throughout June, aimed at mitigating inflation‑driven cost pressures.

Separately, the commercial‑sector collective agreement for June 2026 adds a 5 % wage recomposition (2 % in April, 1.5 % in May and June) plus a fixed non‑remunerative amount of ARS 120,000. Workers also receive the mid‑year SAC, which is calculated on the best monthly earnings of the semester. The updated scale details salaries for each job category and outlines how to verify that the SAC and other allowances are correctly reflected on pay slips.
