Argentina's ANSES school aid applications open until Dec 31 2026
The National Administration of Social Security (ANSES) in Argentina continues to process the annual School Assistance benefit for families receiving its social security payments and with children enrolled in public education. Eligible families include recipients of the Universal Child Allowance (AUH) and other family allowances, covering children from 45 days old up to 18 years. For children with disabilities, there is no age ceiling. Income thresholds apply: the total family income must not exceed ARS 5,603,102 and no individual member may earn more than ARS 2,801,551, otherwise eligibility is lost.
The one‑time payment of ARS 85,000 per qualified child is being disbursed after a mass payment round that began in March 2026. While many families have already received the credit, applications can still be submitted through ANSES’s digital platforms or in‑person offices until 31 December 2026. Once the required school certificate is uploaded and validated, the payment is credited to the beneficiary’s account within 60 days.
