Argentina's ANSES to increase AUH and Tarjeta Alimentar payments in June

ANSES announced that starting June 2026 it will recalculate the Universal Child Allowance (AUH) and other family benefits using the latest inflation data from INDEC. The update, estimated at a 2.6 % rise, will set the AUH at $144,931 per child, the disability AUH at $471,914, the family allowance per child at $72,479.67 and the disability child allowance at $229,336.15, while keeping the 20 % retention on AUH.

When combined with the Tarjeta Alimentar, the total monthly assistance can exceed $345,000 for a family with two children and more than $722,000 for households that include a child with disability and additional minors. Payments are scheduled according to the final digit of each beneficiary’s DNI, ranging from June 8 to June 22. These amounts are classified as social assistance and do not include the annual bonus (aguinaldo) or the Sueldo Anual Complementario.
