Argentina's Comodoro and Villa María host major kickboxing and CrossFit competitions

On Saturday, 15 August, the Municipal Gym No. 1 in Comodoro will stage the CFC XI kick‑boxing gala. Promoted by "Leo" Moreno and overseen by sports director Darío Achával, the event will feature around ten main bouts and a hundred preliminary fights, including a professional title match between Florencia Lemos of Dojo Samurai and Joana Alonso of Buenos Aires.

A month later, on 5 September, Villa María will host the Infinity War CrossFit tournament at the Bohemia Multiespacios venue. Organized by local athletes Mariano and Jonathan, the open competition will include Scaled, Advanced and RX categories for individuals and duos, with more than 80 athletes expected. The day will also offer family‑friendly activities, a healthy buffet, and prize giveaways.

Both events aim to revive local sport circuits after years of inactivity, drawing amateur participants and community spectators.
