Argentina's Formosa and Santa Cruz provinces launch initiatives to strengthen school transitions and combat bullying

In Formosa province, the Provincial Secondary School No. 87 and Primary School No. 514 held a joint meeting to improve continuity between primary and secondary education. Subsecretary of Education Luis Ramírez Méndez emphasized that collaborative planning "consolidates strategies that favor pedagogical continuity and guarantees continuous, complete school trajectories for all students".

In Santa Cruz’s El Calafate, the Provincial Education Council conducted a second teacher‑training day focused on preventing and intervening in bullying. Speakers from the health‑mental unit and the Ministry of Social Development provided practical tools, and Regional Education Coordinator Noelia S. Di Lorenzo highlighted the program’s recognition by provincial authorities and the local Chamber of Deputies. The training will conclude with a third session for secondary‑level teachers in early July.
