Argentina's Mobile Hospital Delivers Over 300 Health Services in Famaillá Neighborhood

The Ministry of Public Health's Mobile Hospital operated for a week in the Nueva Baviera district of Famaillá, Tucumán, providing more than 300 health services. The initiative offered medical examinations, specialized consultations, laboratory studies, medication dispensing, and preventive actions, targeting chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.

The effort was coordinated by provincial authorities, including Governor Osvaldo Jaldo, Interior Minister Darío Monteros, Health Minister Luis Medina Ruiz, and Mobile Hospital director Martín Garrido. Local officials highlighted the project's role in expanding access to quality care for residents of the city's most populated sector, reducing the need for long travel to health facilities.
