In San Luis Province, Governor Claudio Poggi handed out 197 bicycles to 5th‑year secondary students from six schools in Villa Mercedes under the TuBi plan. The program aims to promote healthy, environmentally friendly transport, generate local jobs in the bicycle industry, and provide safety kits and QR codes for maintenance. The bicycles are loaned to students until they complete their studies, after which ownership transfers to the graduates.
