Argentina's provincial adoption agencies seek families for children in Córdoba and NEA region

The Registro Único de Adopciones of Córdoba opened a public call for individuals, couples or families to adopt an 8‑year‑old boy currently in third grade. The appeal, issued at the request of the Villa María juvenile court, outlines the child's background, his need for a stable, loving home and the application process via the registry’s website.

Separately, the Registro Centralizado de Adoptantes of Chaco, together with interdisciplinary adoption teams from six judicial districts, took part in a virtual NEA regional meeting organized by the Dirección Nacional del Registro Único de Aspirantes a Guarda con Fines Adoptivos. Participants from Corrientes, Misiones and Formosa discussed strategies to broaden adoption applications, improve family preparation and strengthen communication and outreach.

Both initiatives aim to increase the number of families willing to adopt and to support the welfare of children awaiting permanent homes across Argentine provinces.
