Argentine athletes win titles at regional table tennis and Taekwondo events

The Club Belgrano squad performed strongly at the Regional Santafesino Table Tennis tournament, which drew competitors from Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Capital Federal, Entre Ríos and across Santa Fe province. Marcelo Coceres captured the championship in the Third Category, while teammate Gustavo Sulegoy advanced to the round of 16 in the Fifth Category.

Separately, athletes from Santiago del Estero excelled at the third International Taekwondo ITF Games held in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay. The delegation secured numerous medals, including golds for María Eugenia Abdala (Silver 58 kg and Tul 4th Dan), Marco Salvatierra Sarquiz (Adult 66 kg and team events), Bruno Manlla (Tul 3rd Dan and multiple team titles), Solange Manlla (Tul Female Cadet 1st Dan), and Felipe Risso Patrón (Juvenile Gup 70 kg and Tul 6th Gup). Coach Máster Matías Ríos Olivero praised the athletes’ discipline and effort.
