Argentine community in Galicia urges respect ahead of World Cup final
Argentine expatriates in the Galician towns of Vilagarcía de Arousa and A Coruña are organising celebrations for the upcoming FIFA World Cup final. They are rehearsing chants to support the Albiceleste and have called for a peaceful atmosphere, warning that anti‑Spain songs will not be tolerated.
The hosts of the events, including the popular bar La Mila, expect hundreds of fans and are preparing large screens, open‑kitchen service and additional venues to accommodate the crowd. They emphasize mutual respect between Spanish and Argentine supporters and ask visitors to be patient and courteous during the high‑attendance day.
