Argentine couple reunites five adopted siblings in San Martín

Marina Casella and Ángel Mangas, a couple from Henderson, Buenos Aires, traveled over 400 kilometers to reunite with their five adopted children for the first time. The children, aged 2, 3, 6, 7, and 10, met with their parents at the Family Court No. 2 of San Martín.

The couple initially obtained custody of the three youngest siblings. To prevent the siblings from being separated, they also applied for the custody of the two oldest children, who were previously in institutional care in La Plata.

During a meeting overseen by Judge Lorena Martos, the court announced it would handle the final adoption proceedings officially, with a definitive sentence expected in the coming months. The family is currently launching a solidarity campaign to expand their home to accommodate all five children permanently.
