Argentine courts issue rulings on corporate registry and property auction

In Venado Tuerto, Santa Fe, a court has authorized Ricedal Alimentos S.A.S. to create a new shareholder registry book following the loss of the previous one. The new registry will record the shareholdings of Ricardo Alberto Baravalle (approximately 38.89%), Alejandro Luis Baravalle (approximately 38.84%), and Agustina Aida Baravalle (approximately 22.26%).

Separately, in Concepción del Uruguay, Entre Ríos, a court has ordered the judicial auction of a property in Gualeguaychú belonging to Rodrigo Martín Schneider. The auction, initiated by Cooperativa Agricola Lucienville Limitada, is scheduled to take place via the Entre Ríos Judicial Electronic Auction Portal from September 18 to September 25, 2026, with a starting base price of $10,000,000.
