Argentine drivers prepare for upcoming motorsport competitions

Argentine racing drivers Benjamín Traverso and Facundo Medina prepare for upcoming competitions in their respective series.

Traverso, driving for Satorra Competición, will compete in the ninth round of the 2026 Formula 3 Metropolitana season at the Juan Manuel Fangio Circuit in Rosario. This event marks the beginning of the Copa Coronación (Playoff). Traverso currently holds fourth place in the general standings with 507 points and enters the playoff tied for fourth with several other drivers. He noted that the technical nature of the Rosario circuit will test driver adaptability.

Meanwhile, Facundo Medina is set to compete in the seventh round of the APPS Monomarca at the Hermanos Emiliozzi circuit. This event features the debut of a new track layout and a modified qualifying format designed to address previous issues regarding starting orders. Medina expressed optimism about the new circuit and aims to improve upon his performance following a recent sanction in the previous race.
