Argentine families seek Cytotron treatment in India
Families in Argentina are raising funds to send loved ones to India for Cytotron treatment, a technology aimed at stimulating brain tissue regeneration and new neuronal connections.
Seven-year-old Rufino, from Balcarce, has secured approximately 60,000 USD through community support and national media coverage. This amount covers travel and two of the three planned treatment cycles, which require a total investment of 90,000 USD. His family expects to travel next month.
Similarly, 31-year-old Mariano Farías, who has battled leukodystrophy for ten years, has a confirmed appointment in Bangalore for September. After a decade of progressive neurological deterioration and seizures, his family is working to secure travel arrangements to access the Cytotron procedure.
