Uruguay Beef hosts Chinese culinary delegation to expand market presence

A delegation of ten high-end chefs from major Chinese cities, including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Chengdu, is visiting Uruguay to explore the origins and production of Uruguay Beef. The visit, organized by the National Meat Institute (INAC), runs from October 13 to October 19.

The program aims to strengthen the positioning and expansion of Uruguayan beef in the Chinese market by educating culinary influencers on traceability, quality, and production processes. The chefs' itinerary includes visits to various points across the country to experience the product from origin to table, following an introductory session at INAC offices regarding international market access and promotional strategies.
