Argentine governors rank in latest approval ratings survey
A recent survey by CB Global Data for October shows Gustavo Sáenz, the governor of Salta, ranking as the third most popular governor in Argentina with a 53.4% positive image rating. He follows Rolando Figueroa of Neuquén (55.8%) and Osvaldo Jaldo of Tucumán (53.7%) in the national ranking.
In Córdoba, consultant Carlos Sicchard reports that Governor Martín Llaryora holds a 38% voter intention rate, while the provincial government maintains a 52% positive image. Sicchard noted that while 43% of Cordobans prefer continuity, 50% expect the economic situation to worsen, and half of the population is looking for political change. The report suggests the opposition's success depends on unifying leadership, as no single figure has yet emerged to challenge the current administration.
Nationally, President Javier Milei’s approval in Córdoba has declined for a second consecutive month, though he maintains a 48% acceptance level.
