Argentine legal associations welcome new professionals

Legal associations in Argentina recently held ceremonies to welcome new professionals and celebrate institutional milestones.

The Colegio de Abogados de Córdoba marked its 101st anniversary at the Centro Cultural UNC. During the event, President Eduardo Bittar presided over the swearing-in of 134 new members. Bittar also introduced a professional mentorship program designed to pair experienced lawyers with new practitioners to transmit professional judgment and responsibility. He emphasized that while technological tools like digital files and artificial intelligence change, core values such as independence and commitment remain constant.

In Mercedes, the Colegio de Abogados del Departamento Judicial de Mercedes formalized the incorporation of 17 new professionals into its registry. The ceremony, led by President Horacio Oscar Deluca and Director Franco Rosello, included the swearing-in of 16 lawyers and one procurator. The event focused on the commitment required to join the regional legal institution.
