Argentine magistrates to present legal works at Paraguay's LibroFeria

Two magistrates from Santiago del Estero, Argentina, will present their legal works at the 22nd LibroFeria in Encarnación, Paraguay. The event, organized by the Universidad Autónoma de Encarnación (UNAE), is scheduled for September 3 at the university's central auditorium.

Dr. Eduardo Llugdar, first vice president of the Superior Court of Justice, will present “Miradas Constitucionales Divergentes” (Divergent Constitutional Perspectives). Dr. Érika Casagrande Valdueza, a judge specializing in juvenile criminal control and guarantees, will present “Temas de Derechos Humanos” (Human Rights Issues).

The presentations will be led by Dr. Ricardo Biazzi. The event, themed “Noche Jurídica: Libros, justicia y derechos” (Legal Night: Books, justice and rights), aims to foster debate among judicial operators, legal scholars, and students regarding contemporary constitutional and human rights issues.
