Argentine motorsport: Castellano and Santero secure race victories

In recent Argentine motorsport events, Isaías Castellano secured a victory in the Turismo Zonal Tierra final held in General Belgrano. Castellano led the podium, followed by Sebastián Luis in second and Julio Arenas in third. In the Monomarca Fiat División Tierra category, Juan Pablo Pozzo returned to competition, securing a third-place podium finish in the first final before a transmission failure ended his second race.

In the Turismo Nacional (TN) championship at the Autódromo Parque Ciudad in Río Cuarto, Julián Santero won the Clase 3 race driving a Volkswagen Virtus for Ambrogio Racing. Santero capitalized on a late engine failure by leader Lucas Vicino to take the win, marking his second consecutive victory of the 2026 season. Leonel Pernía finished third, while Vicino managed to secure second place despite his mechanical issues. Santero's win moves him to second in the championship standings.
