Argentine provinces announce August salary schedules

Provincial governments in Argentina have released payment schedules for August salaries for public sector employees.

In Tucumán, the General Treasury confirmed a two-stage payment process. The first 20% of salaries will be distributed starting Thursday, August 27, beginning with the Provincial Health System (Siprosa) and the Provincial Housing Institute. The remaining 80% is scheduled to be paid starting Friday, September 4. The schedule covers various sectors, including security, education, and the judiciary.

In Corrientes, the provincial government began distributing August wages on Tuesday, August 25. The payment schedule for active employees, retirees, and pensioners is organized by the final digit of their national identity document (DNI). Payments for those with IDs ending in 0 and 1 began on Tuesday, with the schedule continuing through Monday, August 31. The compensation includes the base salary along with the Unified Plus and Reinforcement Plus additions.
