Copnaf conducts provincial training for administrative staff in Entre Ríos

The Provincial Council for Children, Adolescents, and Family (Copnaf) has completed a province-wide training program aimed at improving administrative procedures. The initiative reached 150 workers from all departments of Entre Ríos, including locations such as Concordia, Paraná, and Gualeguaychú.

According to Bernardo Waisten, the organization's Director of Administration, the training is part of a continuous management improvement strategy designed to identify difficulties and generate tools to resolve them. The goal is to streamline processes to ensure that necessary resources reach families and children in a timely manner. This marks the first provincial training session dedicated entirely to the agency's integral administrative procedures.
