Argentine rock bands Armando Flores and Kapanga celebrate career milestones

Argentine musical groups Armando Flores and Kapanga are marking significant anniversaries of their careers.

Armando Flores, a pioneering band from Córdoba led by Ají Rivarola, celebrated 31 years of music with a concert at Pétalos del Sol. The performance featured a repertoire spanning three decades, including classics like ‘Don Eufraio’ and their recent single ‘Desconéctate’. The group, known for fusing rock with rap, reggae, tango, and milonga, included members Ají Rivarola, Julieta Rivarola, Willy Ferreira, and Tevi Giordano.

Meanwhile, the Quilmes-based band Kapanga is celebrating 30 years with the release of a new album titled ‘30 Años de Perlas’. The record reimagines eight of the band's greatest hits with modern production and features nine guest artists. The milestone follows a period of health challenges for band members Martín ‘El Mono’ Fabio, Maikel De Luna Campos, and Marcelo ‘Mafia’ Spínola.
