Argentine rock bands hold major performances and tributes

Argentine rock music is seeing significant live performances and tributes across the country. The band Las Pastillas del Abuelo recently performed in Salta at La Roka, featuring a setlist that included new songs such as ‘Excusa’, ‘Una contra otra’, and ‘Tarot’. The show also included tributes to Diego Maradona and Indio Solari.

Additionally, the live documentary ‘Una Obra Redonda’, which commemorates the history of Patricio Rey y Sus Redonditos de Ricota, is launching a ‘Gira por el Conurbano Redondo’ to celebrate its fifth anniversary. Following a sold-out show in San Telmo, the production will tour various locations in Greater Buenos Aires, including San Miguel, Lomas de Zamora, and Martínez. The performance features a live band, over 15 artists, and historical imagery covering the band's era between 1976 and 2001.
