Argentine Senate honors former Senator Juan Carlos Pagotto
The Argentine Senate held a ceremony to honor former Senator Juan Carlos Pagotto and former head of the Legislative Personnel Association, Norberto Di Prospero.
Pagotto, a former senator from La Rioja, passed away on September 29. During the tribute, which was attended by his son, Juan María Pagotto, various legislators praised his capacity for dialogue and his contributions to the provincial constitution reforms in La Rioja.
